Forging condition成型環(huán)境: -10℃--450℃

-Base on same structure ,compare to Al coldplate , the cooling performance will be increased 30%-40%
基于鋁冷板同樣結(jié)構(gòu),但冷卻效率提高30%-40%
-Same structure of coldplate, the cost will be reduced 35% compare to Copper coldplate, higher 10%-15% than Al coldplate
